Why we use it
We use submitted information to review and respond to purchase questions, sharpening or repair requests, international mail-in inquiries and aftercare requests.
Photos and attachments
Photos are used to understand the condition of a knife or other item before we provide guidance or decide whether a request can be accepted.
Security verification
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect the contact form from automated abuse. Information needed for that security check may be processed by Cloudflare as part of the verification service.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers that are necessary to operate the website, receive messages, prevent abuse or deliver email.
Only for as long as reasonably necessary.
Submitted information is retained as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain appropriate business records, resolve follow-up issues and meet applicable legal obligations.
This website does not currently use analytics tracking scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated before or when the relevant tracking is introduced.
